BOARD MEETINGS

Member Comment Policy
Any member or members who wish to address the Board prior to the start of a regularly scheduled board meeting may do so, provided that they:
- Inform the Board’s Secretary at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting of their intention, and
- Provide the Board’s Secretary with the nature of their concern. The member will then be allotted up to five minutes to present themselves. If multiple members wish to address the same topic, the Board reserves the right to limit the time or the number of speakers to avoid redundancy.
